These “General Conditions of Use” determine the rules for using the website www.xtreme.pt, and establish the contractual relationships between all users of the website www.xtreme.pt and the company XTREME, Lda., owner of the website https://www.xtreme.pt.

The “General Conditions of Use” presented here are the only ones applicable, unless there is a prior agreement, expressed in writing by the company XTREME, Lda..
XTREME, Lda. may, from time to time, change the provisions of its General Conditions of Use.
By accessing the website www.xtreme.pt, the customer undertakes to respect the “General Conditions of Sale”.
It is considered that, when an order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our “General Conditions of Use”.
User Registration
To register on the website www.XTREME.pt, you must use the Register option and fill in the requested data. The registration process is quite simple. We only collect the information necessary to identify you, contact you and provide a personalized customer service. The process consists of two phases:
1. Introduction of the information elements requested by the website.
2. Registration confirmation: after entering the requested information, you will receive a message at the email address you provided to us saying that the registration was successful and the credentials to access the website, so that you can make purchases in the xtreme.pt community.
The user of the XTREME.pt website is responsible for the access elements to his/her account (username and password) in order to guarantee the confidentiality of his/her data.
Registration is mandatory to make purchases. Only after logging in will you be able to add data to the cart and complete a purchase.

In situations of improper use of the website and regardless of the applicable legal procedure, XTREME.pt reserves the right to, in particular, cancel the user's registration, remove orders as well as any other type of content.
XTREME.pt guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers. Data collection and processing is carried out securely, which prevents its loss or manipulation.
XTREME.pt does not disclose or sell its Customers' data to third parties, so all information is confidential. Access to information is restricted and is only used for communication with the Customer, processing of their orders, namely: payments, shipping and after-sales assistance. All customers have the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose their data. Disputes and Liabilities
For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, the Court of the District of Aveiro shall have jurisdiction. Under Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September, the user of the XTREME.pt website may also resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Settlement Entity, whose network of Arbitration Centres may be consulted at www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org
XTREME.pt is not responsible for delays or breaches of contract due to force majeure: disruption, total or partial strike, postal services and means of transport or communication, flood, fire or war.
XTREME.pt is not responsible for any indirect damage: loss of operation, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the website.
Although our products have performances compatible with professional uses, XTREME.pt is not aimed at a professional audience. XTREME.pt cannot therefore be held liable for any damage resulting from professional activity.

The XTREME.pt website is intended for private use only. The reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents of the XTREME.pt website, without prior written authorization, is prohibited for other purposes.

The product catalogue available at XTREME.pt may be independent of the physical stores, both in terms of price and stock quantities. All promotional campaigns have limited stock and are exclusively for online sales, and it is XTREME's philosophy that the campaigns at the XTREME.pt store are identical to those at its physical stores.
Product availability
XTREME.pt respects the deadlines for an order as long as there is stock available. If one of the products ordered is not available in stock, XTREME.pt will contact the customer by email or telephone to inform the new delivery date of the product or request that it be replaced with a similar product. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be reimbursed in the same way as the payment was made.
It is XTREME.pt's policy to only present products for sale that are in stock in its warehouses. For technical or circumstantial reasons, there may be a discrepancy between the quantities presented for sale on the website www.xtreme.pt and the quantities in stock.
Product Features
The illustrative photographs of the products presented here do not enter into the contractual field and do not replace any commitment on the part of XTREME.pt. On the other hand, with regard to the specifications and descriptions of the products of our partners or suppliers, XTREME.pt declines all responsibility for the validity of their content.
Since the data provided here is based on information provided to XTREME.pt by its suppliers, we make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free from typographical errors. However, whenever errors occur, we will correct them as soon as possible. If the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel their purchase.
Prices
The sales prices indicated on the website are in euros, with taxes and duties included. Shipping costs, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and charged at the end of the order, depending on the destination and final value of the order.
XTREME.pt reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however it will always apply the price indicated on the website at the time the customer places the order. The XTREME.pt website reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented regarding: products, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
Warranty and After-Sales Services
All products sold by XTREME benefit from a guarantee of conformity, without prejudice to the applicable legal guarantees. After receiving the order, the consumer must check that the item is in perfect condition and, in the event of a defect, contact XTREME at encomendas@xtreme.pt within a maximum period of 30 days after delivery, so that the situation can be resolved.
In case of return, only the value of the item(s) will be refunded, using the same payment method used, excluding the shipping costs.
After receiving the defective item, XTREME will send it to the brand for analysis, always within the time period stipulated by law — 30 days. Regardless of the item in question, it must always be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, the warranty certificate for the item (watches, glasses, headphones) and the return form.
The warranty does not apply if the item is defective due to misuse or if it does not comply with the manufacturer's usage specifications.
For all intents and purposes, XTREME disclaims any liability in the event of the manufacturer's refusal to apply the warranty. Repair quotes not accepted by the customer may be subject to administrative fees. If you agree with the quote, you must make a bank transfer corresponding to the respective repair value.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
If the product is not the one you ordered, does not fit or has visible defects, you have a period of 30 days (from the date of delivery of the order) and it is very easy to make an exchange or return at XTREME.
To do this, simply follow these steps:
- Fill out the return form that is included with your order, indicating the item(s) to be returned. If you cannot find the form, you can download it again here.
- Place the item(s) in a properly sealed and packaged package (you can use the XTREME box that was used for delivery), together with the duplicate invoice and send it to:
In case of exchange or return, the customer is only refunded the value of the item(s), using the same payment method used, excluding the shipping costs.
XTREME.pt undertakes to reimburse the customer within 5 working days, counting from the arrival of the returned item.
