Shopping and Deliveries
How to Buy?
- Browse our online store to find the product(s) you want;
- Select your size and add the item(s) to your shopping cart;
- Once everything's in your cart, proceed to Checkout;
- You can checkout quickly with PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay. Alternatively, choose the traditional checkout;
- Sign in with your email or Shop Pay, or proceed as a guest with your email;
- Choose either in-store pickup or home delivery;
If you’re choosing home delivery:
- Fill in your shipping details;
- Check the available shipping method based on your address (free shipping for orders over €80 in mainland Portugal);
- Optionally, add your tax ID (valid for Portugal);
- Choose your payment method;
- If billing address differs from your shipping address, enter it as well;
- Review your order and click Pay now.
If you’re choosing store pickup:
- Select the nearest store;
- Optionally, add your tax ID (valid for Portugal);
- Choose your payment method and fill in billing details;
- Review your order and click Pay now.
Guest Checkout
Our online store allows guest checkout. You’ll only be asked for essential info to process your order.
To track your order as a guest, follow the email you provided during checkout.
Delivery Method
XTREME.pt ships via CTT Expresso in Portugal and via UPS and DHL for international deliveries.
Each shipment includes an invoice.
Once shipped, the responsibility shifts to the carrier.
Deliveries occur during business days only.
Estimated Delivery Times
For informational purposes only and without this creating any binding commitment for XTREME.pt, and except in cases of product unavailability or other unforeseen force majeure events, the goods will be delivered within the following timeframes:
- Home delivery:
- Mainland Portugal: 2–3 business days
- Madeira & Azores: 2–3 business days
- International: 3–5 business days
- In-store pickup: 2–5 business days (you’ll receive a QR code via email for pickup)
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors like incorrect addresses or force majeure events.
Note: During sales seasons like Black Friday, Christmas, or other peak periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
Free shipping on orders over €80 for mainland Portugal and Spain. Orders below that have a €5 fee.
For Madeira and Azores, fees start at €10.
XTREME is not responsible for customs duties on international orders.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment on www.ctt.pt or the carrier's site (for international orders).
You can also track orders under “My Orders” in your customer area or via the email linked to your order.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact XTREME.PT customer service. No refunds can be issued until the package is confirmed as lost.
