What to do at the time of delivery?

  • Check that the packaging is in perfect condition.
  • In the event of any non-compliance (for example: packaging showing signs of tampering), you must refuse delivery.

XTREME.pt regrets any inconvenience caused, but these measures must be taken to protect customers from potential fraud.

How to make an exchange or return

If the product is not the one you ordered, does not fit or has visible defects, you have a period of 30 days (from the date of delivery of the order) and it is very easy to make an exchange or return at XTREME.

The exchange period for items purchased between November 23rd and December 24th can be exchanged until January 31st .

You can make an exchange in store, or by following these steps:

  1. Fill out the return form that is included in your order, indicating the item(s) to be returned. If you cannot find the form, you can download it again using the button:

2. Place the item(s) in a properly sealed and packaged package (you can use the XTREME box that was used for delivery), together with the duplicate invoice and send it to:

XTREME accepts exchanges or returns as long as the items:

  • Have not been used or show signs of use;
  • Have the original label and box;
  • They are in perfect condition for sale, respecting the conditions in which they reached the end customer.

Exchanges or returns of personal items (e.g. underwear, bikinis, etc.) will not be accepted. You can also, if you wish, make an exchange directly at an XTREME store near you. Returns must always be made by post, following the steps described above. Shipping costs for exchanges/returns are the responsibility of the end customer. Refunds, if requested, will always be processed using the same payment method.

Can I return it in store?

We do not offer returns/refunds in store , but items can be exchanged.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

In case of exchange or return, the customer is only refunded the value of the item(s), using the same payment method used, excluding the shipping costs.

XTREME.pt undertakes to reimburse the customer within 5 working days, counting from the arrival of the returned item.

Guarantees After-Sales Service

XTREME.pt undertakes to carry out any repairs with the suppliers. Whatever the problem related to the product, it is necessary to send along with the merchandise a copy of the invoice, the warranty certificate for the same (watches, glasses, headphones) and the return form.

Please note that the warranty does not apply (or only applies partially) to the repair of problems resulting from misuse or failure to use the product in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. We recommend that you carefully read the user manual supplied with the product.

XTREME.pt cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply the warranty. Repair quotes not accepted by the customer may be subject to administrative fees. If you agree with the quote, you must make a bank transfer corresponding to the respective repair value.
